📦 Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is also available at checkout. Orders placed before 2 PM PST on business days typically ship the same day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat shipping rate applies at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to all 50 US states only. International shipping is not available at this time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier’s website (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) to track your package in real time.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, the order may already be in processing. Contact us immediately at cs@zovapo.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
🛒 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 2 days of delivery. Opened or used disposable vapes and nicotine pouches cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or damaged. See our full Returns & Refund Policy.
My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us at cs@zovapo.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Are your products authentic?
Yes, 100%. All products sold at Zovapo are sourced directly from authorized distributors and brand manufacturers. Every item is genuine and authentic.
How do I choose the right puff count for me?
It depends on your usage habits. Light users (a few puffs per day) may prefer 5,000–10,000 puff devices. Regular users typically enjoy 15,000–25,000 puff devices. Heavy users or those who want to go longest between purchases often choose 40,000–60,000 puff devices. All puff counts are estimates based on average puff duration.
What nicotine strengths do you carry?
Most of our disposable vapes contain 5% (50mg) nicotine. We also carry selected zero-nicotine (0%) options. Product listings clearly state the nicotine level in the specs section.
Can I buy in bulk or wholesale?

Do I need to verify my age to purchase?
Yes. All customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Zovapo. Age verification is required before your payment is processed. This is required by law.
Is purchasing vape products online legal?
The legality of purchasing vape products varies by state and locality. It is your responsibility to ensure that purchasing and possessing these products is legal in your jurisdiction. Zovapo complies with federal law and all applicable state regulations.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, processed securely via Authorize.net.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Authorize.net, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Will sales tax be charged on my order?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the applicable state tax rate. Tax rates vary by state.
