Returns & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. We understand a return is sometimes necessary — here’s how it works.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
2. Exclusions
- Due to the nature of our products, opened or used vape liquids, cartridges, or disposable devices cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.
- Products not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error) are not eligible for return.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at cs@zovapo.com. We may request photos of the defect or damage before authorizing a return.
4. Return Process
- Request authorization: Email cs@zovapo.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Prepare the package: Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside and pack the item securely.
- Ship it back: Use a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the approval status.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it following the process above and place a new order for the product you want.
7. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to our error or if a returned product is not fully resalable.
