Shipping Policy

At Zovapo, we aim to get your order to you quickly and reliably. Please review the details below for how we process and ship orders.
1. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- Processing may take longer during peak seasons, promotions, or sales events.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected method.
- We offer standard and expedited shipping through reliable carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
- Free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders over $75.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor delivery on the carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- Due to legal and regulatory requirements, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any location where vaping products are prohibited by law.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their shipping address complies with local regulations.
- An adult signature (21+) may be required at delivery.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
Damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve it.
Lost packages
If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier first. If unresolved, email cs@zovapo.com.
Missing items
If items are missing from your order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Shipping Errors
If we ship an incorrect item or to the wrong address due to our error, we’ll cover return shipping and make sure the correct item reaches you promptly.
9. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for additional reshipment charges.
- Refunds for undeliverable packages exclude original shipping costs.
